This product enables Navision to automatically send Invoices as Emails, when the Invoice is posted or it can be done as a batch job.

How it works
This product creates a new email to the customer’s email address for each invoice posted. If no email address is available, it can be configured to prompt the user for an email address or automatically send invoices only to customers with email addresses.

It keeps track of how many emails have been sent.

It can be run as a batch job or the product can send an email as part of the posting of the invoice.

It can be configured to use the email client present on the Navision Client machine, or use CDO to send the email.
