We are happy to announce that VisionConnector 4.19 has been released.
Some of the new features are:
- When using Early Insert external keys could be sent back twice.
- Both <key> and <keys> element is now supported.
- If the same fields was changed within 100 ms it would get synchronized two times in the same XML.
- It is now possible to resynchronize data from the change log. Can be used after failure.
- The write method can now handle requests without any filter.
- It is now possible to generate user roles for the application server to use.
- The standard report Change Log - Delete, has been changed so it is not possible to delete unsynchronized entries.
- A new option "Delayed Export" has been implemented on synchronized tables. If you set a check mark in this the data will not be exported OnInsert but when the first modify occurs instead. This is usefull if the target system can only use a value when inserting, as Dynamics CRM do for currency several places.
- A new report to show the VC Log has been developed.
- The Heartbeat service can now kill the application server in more cases.
- And more, which you can read about in the VisionConnector Changes.txt
When using the VisionConnector for the VisionCRM Connector:
We recommend that all installations upgrade to this version, however if you are using the VisionConnector for VisionCRM Connector, with a version older than 2.10, you MUST remove the checkmark in Add Ext. Key/Position in VC Schema Objects. If you forget this DUPLICATE entries will get created.
