VisionPDF

VisionPDF is an Add-on to Microsoft Dynamics NAV making it possible to e-mail Quotes, Orders, Invoices and other reports directly from a Microsoft Dynamics NAV screen as a PDF to the customers, vendors and other relevant persons.

With one extra button, the PDF and e-mail are easily created:

Depending on which document you are creating, the corresponding report will be created as a PDF and attached to an e-mail.

All reports can be set up to be used as an e-mail template. A template defines which report to use and can have pre-defined text lines. E-mail text can be set up in any language in the database.
